Thank you all for being loyal visitors! I loved creating this hub, it is so much fun! I just always have a hard time deciding which Christmas tree top ornament to go with, there are so many awesome ones. to choose from. I guess that's how I ended up with multiple trees!

I love ornaments for all the wonderful memories it brings. I have so many that I organize them around themes! I like the idea you show of displaying a collection of tree top ornaments on a mantle.

Thank you! The idea for the mantle decorations actually belongs to my mother-in-law, she is has a true gift for decorating. There are really some many ways to use our ornaments other than on the tree, we just have to get creative and have fun!

I love Xmas time, ok my kids are grown up and have Xmas day with their families and myself and my partner travel 400 miles to stay with his sister and her hubby every Xmas now but I still love it. So many people say "Oh Xmas doesn't mean anything anymore since the children have grown up!!"

Well I disagree, yes of course it's different but not meaningless.

One bonus is that I am not allowed to lift a finger to help at Pat's which is definitely quieter when there were nine of us in the same house. I must admit that now that I have got used to not lifting a finger over Xmas and I have got quite used to it. Long may it last ha ha!!Oh yes!!

It is a different type of season now and I will always love it!!!

I always decorate the tree with olde worlde decorations and I loved so many of your ideas.

I always have trouble deciding on just one, so I found multiple trees can be the answer. And also finding ways to use them in other decorations around the house.
